    This is what I eat every night. about 100 grams of protein.
    I get boneless skinless chicken breasts. season them with a lot of salt, pepper, and paprika. Fry on pan or air fryer. Heat up a small pot with like 1.5 cups of water. one spoon of Better than Bouillon into the water on medium heat. Chop up chicken into cubes and put into the pot. keep stirring the pot and add a american cheese slice (optional, but makes it so comfy and not too much more calories) and stir. Eat from pot on a hot-pad.
