I use soy sauce on my eggs because I read a Touhou doujin once where Orin does that and it turns out maybe those Japs know a thing or two about cooking.

Cook rib eye steak but caramelized honey with spices for sweet and spicy meat. Had with a baked potato and asparagus. Tried it on Zelda.

not really unusual but the weirdest thing i've used it for was recreating a fried elvis. white bread no crust, peanut butter, bacon, bananas drizzled with honey. the whole sandwich pan fried on both sides in butter. the honey plays a super important role in balancing out the salty bacon and savory peanut butter.

There’s a Cuban dish that I can’t remember the name of, but it’s dates stuffed with goat cheese, wrapped in bacon, and drizzled in honey. There used to be a Cuban restaurant in my hometown that served it, I tried making it myself once and they turned out great.

I know euros massively overrate their education because US blacks and border jumpers drag down the numbers but I didn't realize it was THIS bad. When there are only two or three ingredients to begin with and 95% is "peanuts" this doesn't mean anything.

cute but no, its illegal here. you do though :^)

      >its illegal here.
Pathetic that you're so illiterate and lacking in self-control that you need the government to mandate your diet.

I like to rub it on pork buts before I put spices on them so it sticks. I put on salt and sometimes other stuff first if I'm holding it overnight. Makes the spices stuck great also makes the sides and bottom of the meat retain more spices. Also it tastes great, goes well with a spicy blend.

I just dump it in stir fries like whenever I'm frying up meat and vegetables, just dump in globs of honey at the end and mix it around. Let it deglaze the pan a little bit. Then bam, you're cooking with sugar.

used maple syrup to substitute sugar in ice cream at one point, plus cinnamon and extra egg yolk to make it french toast flavored, turned out good
same principle would apply just as well to honey i'd assume, provided you can think of any other complimentary flavors
could probably make mixed drinks with it too

Chop a chorizo into 3cm slices. Put a tiny amount of oil and fry.

Lower the heat, drain 75% of the fat pour in half a cup of red wine vinegar, 2-3 tablespoons of honey, slowly reduce (making sure not to cook/burn the honey), once reduced to everything being covered in a sticky glaze, serve.

Really nice, just tricky getting the timing so you end up with a perfect glaze instead of it all running off from being too thing or it it turning into a caramel sludge
