    All white sauces are pretty simple. Brown sauces aren't that complicated too but you wull need labour/time intensive base sauces as sauce espagnole or demi glace.

    Maple BBQ Sauce:
    Ingredients
    1 cup ketchup
    ¼ cup apple cider vinegar
    ¼ cup maple syrup
    2 teaspoons vegan worcestershire sauce
    2 teaspoons grainy mustard
    1½ teaspoons sweet paprika
    1 teaspoon hot sauce of choice, or to taste

    Blueberry BBQ Sauce:
    Ingredients:
    1 cup fresh or frozen blueberries
    ½ cup sugar free ketchup
    2 tablespoons diced yellow onion
    1 tablespoon maple syrup
    ½ teaspoon hot smoked paprika (can sub half paprika and half cayenne)
    ½ teaspoon onion powder
    ½ teaspoon kosher salt
    ½ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
    ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
    1/4 cup apple cider vinegar

    Remoulade is good. Bearnaise is really good but it's a bit tricky since you need to monitor the temp so the egg doesn't coagulate so take it slow if it's your first time.
