What are some things to do with chicken breasts?

What are some things to do with chicken breasts? I've baked them and added them to curries and added a gorillion different seasonings but I'm starting to get bored. I can't fry where I live so don't recommend anything with that please

Recently I've been slicing them in half the thin way and then searing the frick out of them in a stainless pan with just some salt and pepper. You get these really nice crispy bits on the outside.

Glad you like it! I’m going to try one of Gordon Ramsey’s 30 minute recipes soon. Replacing the pork with chicken breast for the wife.

Why can't you fry? Do you not have a hot plate (portable burner) and a pan?
Or is it illegal to fry foods in your country?

i'm pretty sure it's some intolerant roomate or girlfriend

Imagine not being allowed to fry something in your own fricking home. How grim

Sauté chicken breast in a pan. Add some onions and white button mushrooms. Deglaze the pan with a small amount of dry white wine. Then add some rice and enough liquid to cook it (chicken broth). If you have REAL cream of mushroom soup (not slop) you can use that too with some of the liquid. I also use some poultry drawing which is like a mixture of sage, thyme, onion powder, marjoram, and celery seed. Cover and let the rice cook for like 30-45 minutes. Top with some salt and pepper and parsley and lemon juice. Pour up some of the white wine to go with it and enjoy!

Chicken breast is for soups and poaching. It isn't a suitable cut for anything else.

Chicken tinga tacos, my favorite use for breasts
Really, in this case, breasts, thighs don't taste as good

I'm with you on this one. I use thighs for pretty much everything else. Making peri peri chicken tonight with chicken quarters.

dice them, put then on a cast iron skillet, bake with seasonings, shake it a few times so you don't just sear one side, then add to pastas or ramen or anything else
