    replace vegetables, fruits, and grains with animal fats. protein is good. maybe skip the milk for more fat or protein. drink water.

    I like to keep things simple.
    For me, it's good old fashioned milk with a big hunk of bread and cheese on the side. Maybe if I'm feeling a little saucy I'll add some chocolate sprinkles on top. That's all I really need to keep this ol hunk of junk moving along in the year of our lord groggy Joe.

    there's literally no reason to eat them at all, their inclusion is just because the agricultural lobby needs to justify their existence

          They don't have to be milled. People often prefer milled grains for various reasons but you can cook and eat whole wheat berries like brown rice.
