Really simple, braindead easy recipes that are healthy and filling and take no more than 15 minutes including prep and cleanup and are good as leftovers too

      Really simple, braindead easy recipes that are healthy and filling and take no more than 15 minutes including prep and cleanup and are good as leftovers too

      Ater a long day of working outside, OR being online all day on a "Rainy Day" I like to make huge salads with a whole bag of salad mix, heated until just cold vegetables, other veggies and meat,(Stripped deli or canned Chix optional), croutons, then douse the whole thing with an okay Olive oil, coarse salt and fresh ground pepper, Cheese of chioce(shredded sharp, or Parm-Can,) and apple cider/Rice wine vinegar.
      I rarely finish a whole one--get about ½ there, but they chill in da fridge pretty well too for 12 hours.
      I like to re-up my croutons or add pan toasted nuts sometimes too.

I was head cook at a ZBT fraternity and while In my youthful hubris I took pride in keeping an all Kosher Kitchen,(yeah, Seperate fridges and everything,) those homosexuals were the fricking WORST examples of garbage, entitled people I've ever had the displeasure of working "For"
          This Goy can make some amazing Matzoh ball soup and moronicly good brisket, and reubens, but truly ALL that food is stupid basic.
          The funny thing is, 2 years later I had a Turkish girlfriend and she rabidly hated israeliteS. We cooked and fricked breddy epically though.
          Turkish b***hes be all about that Trad food for my man shit.
          You Wouldn't believe the breakfasts I've had.
          Real trip that she and 4 other turks always went with us out to the local dive during Ramadan,,, LOTS of dirty martinis.

    For a while I literally would just have a can of sardines with a bottle of Ensure for most meals.
    Then I started getting a little more sophisticated for the sake of not needing Ensure anymore and got a rice cooker so I could do sardines or salmon with rice amd vegetables.
    Though lately I've gotten back into just getting delivery all the time and it's hard to see how I'll ever be able to start making those meals again when this fast food and sushi is so many times better than that homecooking I had been doing.

    I buy the already prepared goyslop meals at costco, heat them up in the pan and have them with rice or noodles or taters. They usually have minimal ingredients/preservatives

    Also tuna pouch + spicy brown mustard + mayo + relish + black pepper on well toasted whole wheat bread is a classic
