      South Beach diet, a modified version of a low carb, claims you get rid of belly fat first. I find it delicious for how I heat, but a touch hard to follow on my low vegetable restrictions now (I take coumadin) but my experiences confirms it does target the belly first. Typical for me for breakfast was spicy V8 w/ lime, spinach and mushroom filled omelet, or else nutrasweet sweetened ricotta s/chips. Lots of salad with meat, which is easy of you dine out often. Nowadays, th darker the green the more restrictive for me, so I do meds to control hunger, and am down 30lbs, which means I don't really eat unless I need to. It's liberating to have zero cravings....ever. Fix your blood sugar.

    Just don’t eat. That’s the secret. Starve yourself. Eat 500-1000 calories a day and the weight will melt off. Intermittent fasting is a fancy way of starving yourself. You can claim to be doing that so people don’t think you have an eating disorder.

    Simply eat less.
    Think like this: to build, maintain, and remodel the building that is the human body, diet is the sledgehammer and exercise is the tack hammer.
    Calculate your body fat % and then TDEE. Then eat at a caloric deficit for a few months.

    Just eat healthy. That obviously means no sugar or processed carbs. Just eat fricking healthy and don’t drink booze and only drink water. Do a bit of lifting etc. that’s all.

    The biggest lie in modern society is the idea that you can eat less, exercise, and lose weight.
    There is no evidence that this is true.
    If it was true, then people would literally be starving to death.

    Stop eating processed food. Processed food is the single biggest factor in weight gain and excess body fat. Start exercising regularly. Even exercising just once a week for an hour or two will make a noticeable difference.

    >meat
    >vegetables
    >fruit
    >nuts
    >dairy
    >whole grains
    Just mostly eat these. Some of them might be higher in calories like nuts and dairy, but they're more filling and nutritious than the high calorie junk food you've probably been eating and you end up eating less overall.
