I did 5;2 here on Culinaly with a bunch of other people back in 2014
I got down to my perfect weight in about 3 months and stayed there for years
I have had to go back and diet three times since then but most of the time I have eaten whatever I want
I've been eating eggs, canned tuna, chicken legs, and lean beef steaks along with as much fruit as I want (right now strawberries, apples, pineapple, watermelon, cherries, grapefruit) for a couple months.
Feels good man. Also I cheat sometimes. Also I take 10 fiber pills every day which I highly recommend.
I did "the vertical diet" for a while. It's moronic, and can be bland if not executed correctly, but it's dead simple and gets you 100% RDI.
Typical day looked like >two egg omelette, with sauted peppers and onions, spinach and old croc aged cheddar cooked in butter >an orange, carrots sticks with peanut butter, or almonds >greek yogurt >steak with a baked sweet potato and rice made with stock, peppers and onions. maybe some spinach sauteed in butter.
Too bad that Kracken was turned to stone, just imagine if it was just flesh and munching down on it after a proper grilling while everyone else is feasting with you. For that is the gift of the gods.

Currently on day three of my seven day fast, hungry as frick and keep browsing Culinaly. Tried fasting for four days a month back, felt like shit during the fast but once I started eating again I actually felt light and my body felt better than before the fast. Trying to go for a week now, wish me luck.
I eat like 200 calories for lunch then around 2000 calories between 5pm and 10pm. I don't limit the foods by type, and I usually have a couple beers or drinks in there. I have a small note pad that I track calories on. I have a six pack, so it's working

I’m just cutting out more carbs and sugars from my diet right now, hard to curb those sugar cravings though.
Honestly cutting carbs and sugar is half the battle anyways, good on you anon. Do you feel any different?

That’s too many ingredients for one dish, I doubt it would even taste good with all of those meats combined.

Started fasting yesterday. I'm over 24 hours now. Around 34 hours fasting right now. I intend to do a full 7 days.
I don't eat more than 600g of meat per week and eat sweets only one day a week. Not sure if that counts as a diet.

I drink around 9oz of unsweetened dark coffee at breakfast, lunch and dinner to deal with hunger and it works just fine.
Literally just ate a little less than I normally do, followed serving sizes. Now I'm perfect.
Keto because it's the healthiest diet that actually works. I have had an 18oz ribeye for lunch every day this week.
