Its not garlic butter because sometimes its liquid but its not oil because it gets creamy.
room temperature butter (providing your kitchen is warm like +78f) because you want it soft but not melted
garlic powder and salt and whisk together until you get a nice creamy sauce.
I use freshly grated garlic but that might be to powerful for most people, i also use 50/50 butter/olive oil but not everybody like the olive oil taste, i guess you could use a neutral oil like canola to make the butter go further

Tabasco sriracha is the first one I tried when Huy Fong went MIA and it tastes like sriracha with Tabasco in it. Wasn't a fan, it's got a weird aftertaste so I gave it away.
I have a bottle of something called ‘creme fraiche dressing’ which I like to adorn it with.
