I've been on a country omelette kick lately. Two eggs, plus whatever's in the fridge, which most recently was cheddar cheese, diced ham and spinach. Takes about 15 minutes to cook, eat and clean up if I'm moving with a purpose.

    >scramble four eggs
    >put some diced potatoes in after
Takes like 10-15 minutes depending on how I want muh taters. I wash and chop up 3-5 potatoes (depends on how big they are) and boil them for a bit, then put it in a bowl in my fridge for whenever I want to cook them throughout the week. Sometimes I’ll make a PB&J too afterwards.

Recently its been frozen shit like boneless wings, pizza rolls, mozz sticks. It's convenient because It only takes around 15 minutes and I can use that time getting ready for work since I don't have to stand in front of a stove.

I have a feeling that everyone who makes eggs sunny side up like that is bullshitting. I've attempted it no less than 8 billion times over the course of two millennia and I have deemed it to be physically impossible without cheating by using a hot oil baste.

use a lidded small pan with a lot of butter to assist the steaming. I can't see why that wouldn't work

put your eggs in a small hot frying pan with butter or whatever, give it about a minute then cover the pan with a glass sauce pan lid and turn off the heat.

go make toast or whatever and when you come back. eggs over easy. you may have to adjust the initial cook time a little.

If your experience is anything like mine, you might not feel hungry but you still need food in the morning to fuel your body. Try eating something small in the early morning and see if it makes you feel better.

a slice of good bread, an egg or two with whatever vegetables I have available at the moment, e.g. this morning I had egg and white asparagus, sometimes it's egg and bell peppers, egg and wilted spinach, frittata with peas, you get it. It can be 20-30 minutes when I like to take my time, but if I'm pressed I make a batch of vegetables ahead of time and then it just takes 5 minutes to make the eggs.

I prep on my one day off so I can microwave my food in 45 seconds and take 5 minutes to eat before starting my day.

1 Mission carb balance tortilla (the 2g net carb size)
20-20g meat (if high fat meat, could go higher if lean)
10-15g shredded cheese (or half a slice of American cheese)
20g diced vegetables (I do red onion, tomato, jalepeno, cilantro)
    20g La Victoria taco sauce

I usually prep about 15 and each comes out to be 200-250 calories. 1 is filling but I do OMAD so I eat 2; 1 takes 30 seconds to microwave to be piping hot and 45 seconds to get a nice warm for 2.

I don’t know how you can get up and go to work in 10 minutes, I wake up an hour before I have to leave and I work 6 days/48-52 hours per week on a rattler schedule.

Usually a pastry, cookie, pie or bit of cake, sometimes tartine, rarely anything else, especially meat and eggs, which are simply not breakfast food where I'm from.
If I'm actually cooking it to order like, say, American-ish pancakes, about 15 minutes. I say "ish" because I don't want to waste an egg making it so I use chickpea flour (or fresh pork blood, if I have it) instead. Works exactly the same and, in the case of the chickpea flour, actually tastes identical to the egg version.
Otherwise, only as long as it takes me to slice a piece of cake/pie or get a biscuit/cookie out of the package.

I meal prep eggs for the week that takes 10-15 minutes to make once a week, 1.5 minutes to microwave daily, and putting together yogurt+banana+dethawed frozen fruit is like 2 minutes. 5 minutes to eat.

Daily, I'll work on one aspect of a weekly meal prep, so washing veggies might be one day, cutting them is another day, soaking beans, and similar that'll take like 15 minutes. Other days the prep is making the weekly meal, so making a curry for example would take an hr, and the speed of cleanup depends on how lazy or how efficient I am.

    4 eggs
Rotating choice of meat: pork chops, bacon, or sausage. I generally prepare the bacon or sausage a day or two in advance. If I don't have meat, I eat a bowl of oatmeal, with eggs.
I used to be someone that didn't eat breakfast because I wasn't hungry, but I started doing it and now I look forward to it. I don't eat lunch, it's generally garbage food choices and it's a waste. I'll never go back to not eating breakfast.

If I have to go to work? Eggs. Hard boiled eggs, or scrambled eggs with toast, or poached eggs on toast, or weetabix, or oats and milk, or chug one pint of milk. If I have nowhere to go I usually skip breakfast and go straight to lunch or dinner.

Old Fashioned Oatmeal. It takes 10 minutes from the time I walk into the kitchen until its ready to eat. Add a handful of frozen blueberries at the end, then once its in the bowl add a teaspoon of honey, dusting of cinnamon, and tablespoon of peanut butter. Tastes so good I look forward to it every morning.

I started out buying a Naked smoothie everyday but now im making my own smoothies.
They are a great way to get fiber and fix your shitty gut biome easily.

    This morning I had
    >lifeway kefir
    >orange juice
    >local honey
    >raw oatmeal
    >chia seeds
    >spinach
    >3 ladyfinger bananas
    >frozen blueberries
    >frozen peach
    >frozen dragonfruit

    Was pretty good.
I have GERD and a few weird stomach problems. Thats why I started doing the oats/chia/spinach/kale and kefir (probiotic drink). First time I did it, I was farting like crazy and shit like 4 times in a single day.
My stomach started feeling better rather quickly, and I havent even changed my garbage ass diet either.
Just a bit of probiotics and fiber goes a long ass way if you are a shitty eater like me.

    Its zorbin time

    If it's a workday:

One soft boiled egg, two slices of buttered toast one of which is cut into batons, one glass of whole milk (grassfed) and a fruit for the commute (either mandarin orange, banana, or plum).

    For weekends:
One soft-boiled egg, two slices of buttered toast one of which is cut into batons, a pumpernickel sandwich with butter, pork liver paté, fresh cucumber and just a little bit of crispy onion and a fruit. Occasionally, ver rarely, I treat myself to bone marrow toast, but it's like once or twice per year.

Prep time is usually around 20 minutes on weekdays and 25 minutes on weekends. Eating time is usually around 10-12 minutes on weekdays and around 45 minutes on the weekend.

Once in a while I skip breakfast if I am not feeling it.
