I had this for the first time last month. Started off tasting like generic sugar cereal and slowly somehow lost taste. By the end it was like I was eating nothing.

I had that, there was no caramel in it not sure what that's about. The mustard flavor was actually really weak and the pretzel chunks were terrible and soggy. Like someone just emptied a bag of mini pretzels into it.

My favorite is probably "mozart icecream", which is pistacio+nougat+marzipan.
Vanilla is the king of consistency. If I am at a mediocre or bad ice cream shop, that's what I am getting. The worst vanilla is usually still decent.
Frozen joghurt is also good, as are peanutbuttercups. Sometimes there's also great coffee icecream, but that has to be at a good place. Mediocre or even bad coffee ice cream is horrible.

There's a honey shop that sells ice cream. They do a spicy apple crumble ice cream with pieces of crumble topping in it. (spices not heat for the stupid Americans)
