    Brioche pan toasted in butter, then from bottom up a layer of A1 thick and hearty sauce, one beef patty, one slice of pepperjack, another beef patty, another slice of pepperjack, optional over medium egg, four strips of bacon then top of brioche with more A1 spread on it.

    Anon, in the US, when people say relish, it is referring to green relish pretty much exclusively, otherwise more specificity is required.

    Burger relish is not really a thing in the US and you're going to have a hard time finding it. All relishes are easy to make, so just make it yourself.

    As much as I enjoy gimmicky burgers,
    nothing beats the classic American cheeseburger for me.
    A beef patty well seasoned with salt and black pepper,
    american cheese, ketchup, mustard, pickles and mayo on a classic white bun.
    so simple yet so delicious, fried onion burger is a close second.

    Having access to a grill is the biggest boost to burger taste
    you can plop the tomato slices, the beef patty, onion rings on it with the bun slices and it suitably heats up the ingredients
    if you salt/pepper and oil the veggies the grilling helps out to osmosis the ions around
    The cheddar will melt suitably from the surrounding heat on the beef patty

    Then add some garlic mayo and ketchup on it and you're good to go.

      It's more or less the same ingredients, except that there's more cheese so that it stays solid until normal cheese melting temperatures. I only really use it on burgers and grilled cheese.
