What is a healthy, savory breakfast that is quick to make and?

What is a healthy, savory breakfast that is quick to make and Culinaly approved? I don't like sweet things that much and I'm trying to get Culinaly. I have been having protien shakes with oats, leafy greens and frozen fruit. Not bad, but still pretty sweet.

I was thinking cream of rice or something with an egg/meat but it's a- not especially good for you and b- time consooming to prepare (I have 30 min in the mornings before I leave for work).

Çilbir, it's poached eggs on top of a garlic yogurt and finished with a simmering hot butter infused with some chili peppers

It takes 15 minutes at most, assuming that you have 2 stoves
        >poach eggs for 6-8 minutes
        >mix the yogurt with garlic while poaching
        >heat the butter until its bubbling, add pepper flakes then shake them for a bit
        >yogurt on the bottom, eggs on top and butter to finish
You can even use garlic powder if you want it to easier

You can hardboil eggs and and long as you leave them in the shell you can keep them for like a week, so you can boil a dozen and just eat a couple in the morning.
You can look into making some savory oats if you're not into sweet versions.
Also, they don't want you to know this, but you can eat anything you want for breakfast. If you want to cook some lean chicken or beef ahead of time and eat it cold out of the fridge in the morning nobody will stop you. Even easier is buying some turkey or roast beef and cheese from the deli and rolling them up for a quick bite. Congee with some chicken added is a pretty low calorie high protein breakfast.

Anon, should you be telling me this? I'm worried about your safety if the cereal people find out you told me this.

Jokes aside, good points on all accounts. I have been thinking about making a big pot of black beans or something for a quick, healthy and protien rich breakfast.

A can of white or black beans, a piece of meat/chicken, a slice of cheese and some cut up vegetables is my standard breakfast. Takes like 10 minutes to prepare.

oats with milk or yogurt, fruit. don't add sugar. its a classic breakfast and it will get you through the morning like nothing else with all the complex carbs

poached eggs are nice too. you can cook them ahead of time and reheat them in boiling water, it takes only a minute

Smooties. I used to drink a every day the same smoothie with chocolate whey, milk, yogurt, strawberry, banana, spinach, and sometimes blueberries. Then I'd drink it with hot oats or something.
Always use frozen fruit and fresh spinach. Adding the spinach and whey with some but not all of the milk and blending prevents distasteful chunks of spinach, leaving a smooth puree of spinach that is perfectly masked by the whey. If you get sick of chocolate smoothies or are out of way, add a squeeze of lemon instead. It works just as well to mask the bitterness of the spinach. Once you have your little green puddle, move up from their. And remember to freeze your bananas.

Something being healthy and tasty doesn't have to be a contradiction. You can enjoy unhealthy, tasty food once in a while. But your everyday meals should not just satisfy your cravings, but also contribute to your physical health, so you can enjoy your life for longer.
