if you dont have a brick fire oven what i like to do is.

    >Super heat cast iron skillet on cooktop.

    >add olive oil and butter

    >add dough

    >dough cooks like 70% through.

    >add sauce, cheese and toppings(pepperoni, onions, green peppers, sausage)

    >broil in oven for like 5-7 minutes

pizza is super-hot and crispy and butter. also its quick.

No more than 3 toppings. Otherwise, they don't cook fully and it's just a bunch of crap piled on.

Fugazzeta. It's what the OG italians that created pizza did when they came to argentian and could actually afford all the ingredients they wanted..

You take a pizza dough, throw half a kilo of cheese on it, then put another layer of pizza dough, throw some onions on top and cook it like you'd cook any other pizza

Ideally, light amount of anchovies for salty/savory flavor, and then tomatoes to balance that out with freshness. Pizza places will actively frick up your order by loading up a shit-ton of anchovies because nobody knows what the proper amount is apparently, so you have to make sure it's their definition of "light" unless you know for sure that the place doing them can get it right or their anchovies aren't as salty.
Don't knock this until you've properly tried it because it is the best pizza in existence. Just understand that if you get anchovies, you should not add other salty toppings like pepperoni or baron because that will usually be just unbalanced saltiness. Adding spinach is fine too if you like spinach. Here me now and thank me later.

I'll go further here and keep typing because I'm getting angry thinking about how much people unfairly hate anchovies on pizza due to them getting slices and pies with way too much. It would be like hating pineapple on pizza because you got 5x the amount that would be suitable and you just think that "wow pineapple on pizza is just way too sweet, I can't taste anything else." Same shit. Or if every time you got a pepperoni pizza you got two full layers of pepperonis on the pizza crust-to-crust and think "man all I can taste is salty cured meat, why do people get this?"

grab a flour tortilla from the freezer.
spread garlic butter on one side
pop it in the toaster oven, butter on top. and turn the toaster on to 400 degrees
cut/ready toppings, after a couple minutes take a knife to any bubbles forming on the tortilla and flatten them
if the heating elements turn off before the top browns, then turn it to broil for a minute or two.
pull it and spread the red sauce, then cheese. then toppings
before you put it back into a 400 degree toaster oven, sprinkle some oregano and seasoning you like
you might need to turn it to broil after 3 minutes so the bottom doesn't get too crispy
    thin and crispy is best
    TOPPINGS
fresh cut pepperoni, black olives, banana pepper rings, and mushrooms that have already been cooked
