I tried frying cow tongue, liver, and heart once, all chopped to the same size.
It was like playing russian roulette, liver was the only good thing and the tongue was TERRIBLE.
That's my fault for frying it instead of slow cooking or whatever.
I have eaten >Raccoon >Possum >Iguana >Various snakes >Blue jay >Frogs >Gator >Cockroaches >Earthworms >Crickets >Squirrel >Rat
And before you call me Chinese, I'm a white man from Florida.
Nope, still alive. My sister still talks to them but I left the state a long time ago. I have a wife and a kid, I don't have time to deal with them now that they're old and frail and still somehow on crack.
This guy's heart was broken by a girl who smoked crack. She spent a LOT of his money on crack and he never got any of her crack, if you catch my drift.
Emu is probably the "weirdest" but I'm a burger and emu is exceptionally hard to come by here. It was absolutely delicious, interestingly it looks and tastes nearly identical to beef
I've also had shark which is really tasty, it's a lot like swordfish which I also love
>I've also had shark which is really tasty, it's a lot like swordfish which I also love
Watch your ass, those are two fish in the "highest risk, do not eat" mercury category (which sucks, i like swordfish steaks)
Bit of a bittersweet blessing that they're both fairly rare and usually pretty expensive then, it's a shame. Swordfish might be my favorite seafood, and I say that as a massive fan of seafood of all types
some guy at a sushi place in hawaii thought i was cool and my friend was an idiot so he gave me some whale he wasn't supposed to have. i believe it was beluga or baleen.
it was good. irony and rich. i don't really support whale hunting but the thing was already dead, so why not
My brother brought me some Turtle jerky after he visited the south (we are European) I have to say this was probably the weirdest and tastiest meat I have ever had package looked very similar. The umami flavor was through the roof really good stuff wish he brought more. Was teriyaki flavored as well.
I think cat meat is taboo pretty much everywhere, we have evolved with them since our days of settling and farming and having a society and not being a caveman animal. It is in our DNA to be repulsed at the idea of eating them.
I had an american buffalo burger. It wasn't prepared very nicely, so it's hard to tell how good it is. It was gristley, and it wasn't as gamy as you would expect. Less gamy than deer or elk, but less flavorful than beef
As a burger I can tell you that bufffalo is kind of a meme, it's not bad or anything but wild buffalo no longer exist. All of them are raised in captivity now, yet are still marketed as "game" when in reality they're a strange kind of in-between of beef and game meat that isn't really quite as good as either. Again it's not bad at all, it's just not really worth its hype or its exorbitant pricetag
>anons eat [exotic animal] sausage, which contains up to 1% of [exotic animal] and is more than 99% Hispanices and filler >anons claim to appreciate the subtle nuances of [exotic animal] meat
I got stingray from an asian grocery store and made thai curry with it. It was good but had a weird texture. Dense but also flaky? There were bones in it but they were very easy to pick out.
Alligator is like slightly better but chewier chicken. Deep fried gator dipped in ketchup is amazing. I had a whole plate of it in Arkansas as a kid.
Tongue...
it squeaks when you bite or chew it.
Probably crocodile jerky.
I've had ox tongue and it never squeaked. I guess it depends on how it's prepared.

i had a hamburger with cheese once. it was pretty good
My sister's pussy, probably. Maybe alligator.
Yes in both cases
i guess cow head meat but it's not really strange. maybe alligator. i haven't had many strange meats. they're both good
>goes to the effort of importing camel meat
>slathers it in sauces and Hispanices so nobody can actually taste it
genius
How is camel normally eaten?
one bite at a time anon.
Friday with rice as kabsa.
just like 99% of jerky
I have eaten
>Raccoon

>Blue jay
Cockroaches
Why though?
My parents were crackheads and a lot of the time, if I didn't kill something I didn't eat.
I hope they are dead and suffered a lot
Nope, still alive. My sister still talks to them but I left the state a long time ago. I have a wife and a kid, I don't have time to deal with them now that they're old and frail and still somehow on crack.
Well hopefully they die screaming soon.
You're madder about it than I am. Wanna talk about it?
You haven't seen me mad, this is the default opinion of subhumans.
Okay man. Sometimes it helps to just let it out.
Anon you're based as fuck
Never change. Ever!
Don't worry, I wasn't planning on it, abused people with stockholm syndrome won't change my mind.
This guy's heart was broken by a girl who smoked crack. She spent a LOT of his money on crack and he never got any of her crack, if you catch my drift.
>Florida
You’re basically a nagger no matter what your skin color is
Ostrich. It was really bland.
Tbh I'd be much more interested in an ostrich egg than ostrich meat
Stewed opposum once as a homeless dropout. Tenderest meat I ever ate.
Emu is probably the "weirdest" but I'm a burger and emu is exceptionally hard to come by here. It was absolutely delicious, interestingly it looks and tastes nearly identical to beef
I've also had shark which is really tasty, it's a lot like swordfish which I also love
ostrich. it was the best thing from the sample platter.
it also had emu and kangaroo on it. ostrich won. i want to eat an ostrich egg

kangaroo, it was tasty
Shark, delicious
Alligator. It’s not so much what it was, but where I ate it.
They served it at Gatorland, Florida. An alligator sanctuary.
The money was going into helping other endangered species since alligator were no longer endangered but rather overpopulating.
Alligator meat is so good. Like the perfect mix of chicken and catfish. Gamey, not overly fishy, nor too chewy.
meat is meat, wtf is strange about it?
There has to be some taboo meat in your country, have you eaten it?

Hey bro I made you some tarantula, dig in bud

Bison burger from Fuddruckers, was actually really good.
It w as probably 1/3 bison 2/3 beef
titi birds/mutton birds/seagull
basically a really fstty fishy tasting bird which is brined for months.
nearly threw up
Chipmunk.
It was stringy and extremely dry, but that's my fault.
Doused it in BBQ sauce, so I honestly didn't really taste it.
Brian.
He was a pretty cool guy but I didn't enjoy it very much.
I've had shark. I thought it was disgusting.
>anons eat [exotic animal] sausage, which contains up to 1% of [exotic animal] and is more than 99% Hispanices and filler
>anons claim to appreciate the subtle nuances of [exotic animal] meat
every time
I think I'd rather die from starvation than eat meat that's not Beef, Chicken, Fish, or Turkey
Oh, and maybe Lamb and Pork.
Oh, and also bussy. Forgot that one.
Speaking of bussy, is it pronounced "buh"ssy like butt or like pussy with a b.
camel,kangaroo and python jerky.
all 3 were gross. Especially the kangaroo tasted like it was seasoned in kool aid powder.
I got stingray from an asian grocery store and made thai curry with it. It was good but had a weird texture. Dense but also flaky? There were bones in it but they were very easy to pick out.

I eat beef pork and poultry because I have self respect and am not an attention whore
>What is the strangest meat you've ever eaten?
bussy
>Did you like it?
no. i was forced to.
I had wildebeast when I was in South Africa. Very delicious meat, one of the best I've had. It tastes like a gamier version of beef.
