Bulletin Board System. Back in the 1980s and 1990s, they were popular with home computer users as an early form of the internet. Users of the systems would meet every month at McDonald's for a Big Breakfast with Hotcakes. No one knows why this happened with BBSes across the planet, even in countries without a McDonald's.

Big breakfast is not worth it for sure, 7 bucks for mid trash, I would rather get the two sausage and egg mcmuffins for 5 bucks deal

Sausage egg mcmuffin and a large black coffee. The hash brown is good but I usually skip it.

    If I want a biscuit I prefer Wendy's.

Non American here, so what's a biscuit in a breakfast context please?

I can’t post pics but you can search “American biscuit” to get an idea. It’s a savory and flaky roll that’s somewhere between pastry and bread. Typically pretty buttery and rich. You eat them with white sausage gravy on top (using knife and fork) or split them and fill with egg/cheese/sausage or bacon to make a sandwich. It’s hard to make a good homemade biscuit that holds up as a sandwich because they should be flaky and tender but the fast food chains manage it.

I think it's a "scone" in bongland, but in the US, scones are desserts with a similar texture

I make an omelet and when the top is still runny I put 2 pieces of bread on it, spread mayo on them, then flip them, put cheese on the omelet, then I fold the bread and make a grilled cheese. This takes exactly 2 minutes.

The deals on those suck dick, McDonalds still dominates the value for breakfast but Carls Jr dominates quality

  18. 2 weeks ago
Yes I am a cheap fuck.

I only sometimes crave the basic sausage biscuit with a hashbrown. For two weeks the mcdonalds in my state were offering $1 sausage egg mcgriddles through the app, which I never tried before. I absolutely loved that sweet shit every day but I'm not paying ~$5 for it, maybe once in a blue moon.

They really should bring a bigger version of that to the lunch menu with fries. I would eat that shit every day on my lunch break, even if it's beef and bacon instead.

Frying up a couple eggs is pretty fast. Faster than any amount of time you'd spend in a drive-thru.
