      1. Camembert.
      2. Präst.
      3. Saint Augur.
      4. Gorgonzola.
      5. Wästerbotten.

I have hundreds of cheese to try, still, but do far so good.

Pick wolf. Say you love her, get her addicted to drugs, make wolfgirl onlyfans monopoly, manage her money (she can't because she has a drug habit), sell her to some Saudi prince when/if the drug habit becomes a problem. Buy gourmet cheese factory.

Asiago is really good with ham on rye or pumpernickel, an older cousin turned me on to that. The unfortunate thing is that it's a bit expensive these days.

Used to have inlaws in rural Wisconsin that'd send us 10 year cheddar. Shit was fire. Sadly they moved to Iowa.

Also a big fan of Mohant from Slovenia, and Halloumi from Turkey.

An extra sharp cheddar can't be beat, I like to get ones around 8-11 years. For softer cheeses though I love Port Salut.

Parmesan is obviously the best cheese. It's the one that is used the most in cooking.

How can you have a favourite? Some cheese like parmesan is more like a seasoning, where others like halloumi is more like meat. There are distinct categories where you can only rank within them and not between them

Does it taste like Raclette? I normally like finer cheeses but that stuff grosses me out and I stereotype all Swiss cheese as similar now

I dont think so. Im shit at describing taste though. Its nice and tangy and has just the right amount of stink to it. I eat it with some good butter on some rye bread. Im not a big fan of Raclette either.
