I've never heard of this before! What makes it different from, say, a cheese and onion pie you could get in a London chippy?

I would but your unimportant life and impending death would be a lot more relevant than mine.

That doesn't flow, logically, anon. If that anon's life is truly unimportant, how could it be more relevant to anything?

The only one I've had is a uyghur goosh naan, pic related. Meat and onion in bread. I want to try a cornish pasty but I don't really go looking for British food. This one seems similar to a borek.

There's a place called Cornish Pasty Company, and they make a carne adovada pasty that is pretty much heaven.

Fricking Arepas, they're delicious. Colombian, Salvadoran, Venezuelan, I'd love a cuban one with that ham and mustard in it too.

    cuban pastelito de carne
I like to have the piquant combination of spiced meat and olives and capers, along with the pimentos. That flaky pastry is so good with coffee, and it usually has a slightly sweet thin glaze browned on top.
