me. >What's the best items to buy?
Anything if you have the 5% off at Whole Foods Amazon credit card. The one's I've gone to have also always had decent bakery and butcher sections.
Whole foods is one of the best supermarkets in America--the hot bar is god mode.
Urban but not so urban to live next to black people liberal women.
It is in florida--it's impossible to escape them there. The quality of Whole Foods isn't worth living in florida for.
>Milf's
A few years ago me and a friend went there looking for cougars half jokingly. It was COVID so we hadn't had sex for almost a year at that point. Amazingly we each got a couple of women looking to hook up. I never went through with it but my friend banged one fit 39 year old single yoga mom. Then she wouldn't leave him alone for almost a year. Constant messaging, making new accounts when blocked, showed up at his work a few times. It's not worth it bros

bruh like half the shit (especially hot bar and in-house prepackaged meals and their baked goods) have seeds oils and guar/xantham gums in them
my running gag is whole foods slogan is: “but bro it’s ORGANIC soybean oil”
a lot of their canned or jarred goods (i.e. tartar sauce or whatever) are also fucked
their fresh produce is overpriced, but the meat counter is the main reason i go since it’s reasonably priced and has a bunch of tasty cuts
honestly whole foods kind of blows but im still thankful that they import various Hispanices, fish, beer, etc that i wouldnt be able to ge tin my flyover without Godking Bezos’ national socialist distribution network
No shit, the first thing on your mind is where the security cameras are.
Pro tip: don’t be a seething bitch on the internet. Animals need to learn restraint.
Whatever anon. Remember me the next time you go to Whole Foods, you just might see me in person. Make sure to say hello, I'll even help you get stuff from the highest areas on the shelves!
Went there yesterday, got some Kurobuta sausages, some cheeses, and some Cherry and Black Pepper Jambon. Used it to make grilled cheeses, was pretty awesome.
I live across the street from one (apparently a flex). I just go there for produce mostly and some other items that can't be trusted at regular grocery stores like oils.
there's some smaller neighborhood ones. I live about a mile down the street from one and it's surrounded by apartment complexes and single family housing. anchors a few other small stores in an otherwise completely residential spot
The first time I ever went to a Whole Foods was in 2007. I was 15 at the time and making my way through Seattle on my way to Alaska. As I was looking around, a man in full runner's gear came into the store, still running. He ran to the produce section, jogging in place whenever he stopped to look at anything. Eventually he setttled on an apple, grabbed it, then ran to the check stand. While the cashier rang him up he was still jogging in place. He saw me looking at him as he took his change and his apple and said "It's all about being healthy kid." Then ran straight out the doors.
no i'm not trolling, I've know people who were like him who when they got old had to have their knees replaced because they wore them out. also people who appeared to be super healthy that had terrible heart disease.
Fair enough, but exercising absolutely increases your lifespan. You'd live longer with a genetic condition if you're otherwise healthy than if you were obese.
genetics don't care about anything, but they do express differently in response to different conditions. For example, someone who runs responsibly is far less likely to develop a heart condition, compared to, say, a lardass blackpill retard such as yourself.
the only conceivable reason someone would do this is to have people look at him and say "wow hes active" and even possibly to try and get noticed by some chick
but thats not how it works, you have to talk to women, you cant just expect them to make the first move because youre doing something interesting or out of the ordinary.
I watched some 'tuber give his top items from whole foods
and it was all processed snacks and candies and he made a big fuss about things having coconut oil, avocado oil, etc.
I went there once and they had a whole ass swordfish sitting on top of ice right in the middle of the room with a sign that said $17 per pound and I didn't even know how to begin ordering it
Like..was this entire several hundred pound fish for sale or do I ask someone behind the counter to saw off a slice or something?
They'll do deals with local farms and bakeries where I am. I wouldn't do regular grocery shopping there, ever.
The kind of people who do that are like that mother in Parasite, who puts beef tenderloin (or whatever it was) on top of instant ramen noodles--tons of money with zero understanding of food, but think expensive always means better.
All kinds of people. I shop there once a week. Mostly people ranging from late 30s to 50s.
They have pretty good sales on stuff so I usually check the app and look at what's on sale before going and winging it from there.
>What kind of people shop here?
The stereotype is NPR karens, gays, and Carlton Banks. But if you start shopping there, then unwashed NEETs have entered the chat. Be the change you want to see. >What's the best items to buy?
Bread and cheese, and don't sleep on the hot-food bar if you're flush with cash.
Went here for the first time today because my gf wanted a cannoli. We got two of those and a small amount of fried rice and mac and cheese from the hot bar and it was $20. I might shop there once just to get some different stuff but since I don't live around blacks and I get gas points at Fred Meyer I probably won't go often, too spendy for what they have.
They've advertised deals for Prime subscribers.
I don't pay for Prime because it's useless, so I tend not to visit whole foods because I know that without Prime I will get a bad deal, even though I actually have 3% Amazon credit card
I go there specifically for organic hot peppers. Last time I went they had organic jalapeno, habanero, serrano, poblano, and that shitty japanese one I forget the name of. The other stores near me have conventional jalapenos and that's it.
>what kind of people shop here
i work in manhattan. most customers are old white people with expensive dogs and young asian women with consulting jobs and expensive gym memberships
>best items to buy
wf has decent prices on some staples like flour, tomato paste/sauce, tofu. good selection breads, cheeses. some interesting sauces though many are pricy. avoid the entire produce section except for the lions mane mushrooms. freezer section is also bad but i like the gnocchi and the frozen fries are cheap. the meats look great but they are $$$$$ and i haven't tried them. the hot bar isn't worth it even with a 20% discount.
Their premade hot food is like 25% of the store so that says it all. The produce is the same shit as other stores but selected to look the brightest and nicest. Meat counter is alright for animal variety but you can get all the cuts for cheaper at ethnic stores. The rest of the store is for people that see some fancy recipe on NYT Cooking and need one super special ingredient that they'll use once then never again.
>live in poor neighborhood. >Everything is dirty and shitty but this also means prices are low >Racist Gentrifications comes around which eveyone buisness gets to rip white people off because they want to live in the city >Coat dirty shit with paint >Artificially raise prices on apartments, housing, food. >Nothing actually changed other than fresh paint and higher prices
Don't white people get tired of being ripped off? Gentrification is racist. Imagine paying 3k+ a month for formally 1.5k + a month and the size of a single testicle. Paying all that to live next to Section 8 housing at that.
The only reason to shop here is because they have the least terrible online shopping interface thanks to being owned by amazon. It's still pretty shit. The produce selection is abysmal, they don't have normal stuff, just hippy knockoff versions that cost many times the price. The only redeeming factor is the meat which is good as long as you stay away from the 365 brand.
They have good fruit and produce compared to your run of the mill shart mart. A few good specialty stuff like anchovies that mog the canned shit, or actual rye bread. Their bakery is quite good for pastries as well.
Better Hispanice selection than my local grocery store. I needed sumac and had to go here to get it. Overpriced for sure but the selection is fantastic.
I supplement my organic veggies there and buy one mighty mill bagels. Get my meats at the local butcher, fish at the fishmonger, and everything else at Trader Joe's.
Its almost 100% trust fund babies in any urban location. the type who have a property near a ski resort too. and whole foods exist at those spots as well.
old clientelle: >unwashed hippies that do at least give a damn about food >like bulk and local food >hates amazon buyout

literally used to work at wf
when this was the closest market that didnt peddle pure slop (dollar tree) i ysually got shit from the salad bar, the bulk section specifically pepitas
theyd have these huge glass growlers and id get a gallon of their ro water.
id also get the soaps/bathroom hygiene shit they had
everything else if for people who dont really look at the prices.
if you have the chance go to trader joes instead.
mid to late 20s white women with enormous asses
what does that look like
*smell like
Skill issue. My whole foods is like 80% black people and they're generally not fat
they aren't fat because they can't afford 2000 calories at whole foods
Whatever it takes. Obesity is the biggest problem facing this country
Hulk Hogan Shops there
Ask me how I know you're black
Whole foods is one of the best supermarkets in America--the hot bar is god mode.

get their pickled cum, great on their whole grain cat turds

Pretty cool. AI face recognize will be implemented in all stores soon so enjoy while you can
will they be able to see me coding in regular apples instead of cosmic crisps????
you don't do this
the weight of items are taken into account so if you're putting shit in bags that you didn't scan it'll stop
fucking lying retard

Whole Foods is a grocery store that offers organic food. Relax. Is the Whole Foods in the room with us right now, anons?
guar and xanthan gum/pretty much all other gums are unironically harmless lmao
they even benefit constipated people
Why are you constantly thinking about us anon? I'll tell you this, when I shop in my local Whole Foods, the last thing on my mind are white people.
No shit, the first thing on your mind is where the security cameras are.

They usually have an above average cheese selection.

You met fastman's dad
ngl kinda based but also a bit cringe, thinking of screencapping as part of Culinaly history
here you go fren
nice thnx anon
and now that guy has 2 bad knees, and a heart condition. because genetics don't care about your workout routine.
There is no way you aren't trolling but this is Culinaly so you never know what kind of genuine fat cope you might see.
no i'm not trolling, I've know people who were like him who when they got old had to have their knees replaced because they wore them out. also people who appeared to be super healthy that had terrible heart disease.
you can't run away from the reaper.
Fair enough, but exercising absolutely increases your lifespan. You'd live longer with a genetic condition if you're otherwise healthy than if you were obese.
just use an exercise bike if you're worried about your joints. there is plenty of low impact cardio you can do.
Same
this
I just sit on my pc and drink dextrose shakes all day

all i remember as a kid was getting the mac and cheese fried ball
Is that similar to Roundmeal?
They sell “USDA Certified Organic” honey. Make of it what you will.

I just go there for soup and bread
and sometimes a wedge of cheese if I'm too lazy to drive to the nice cheese place
They'll do deals with local farms and bakeries where I am. I wouldn't do regular grocery shopping there, ever.

I haven’t been in a while but I remember liking their hot bar food, not sure if covid killed that
The ones near me still have them
I'm pretty sure it's all Sysco, FWIW

Shitito? But the good stuff they have is meat, cheese, and seafood
Everything else is Kroger-tier at Cost Plus prices
Mine never has any peppers other than shishito, jalapeno, and bell. I don't know how they expect people to cook like this.
Wegman's (north-eastern high quality grocery store with everything form fresh fish cut in fron to fyou to cans of tuna for way too much

Since their hotbar is by weight, buying a box of cooked bacon is a damn steal.
