For me it's spaghetti and meat sauce with shitty parmesan powder.

I probably eat this four nights a week, it's too easy and satisfying. I try and branch out but everything else in recipe books takes over an hour and I've got this spag bol recipe down to about 20 minutes from start to finish

Funny how we have pasta to save money as it's peasant tier but when it's in a restaurant it's usually sort of an expensive dish.

    Probably chili.
When I first moved out on my own I made that a lot because it's easy, cheap, and delicious and you can add pretty much anything that happens to be on sale to it, although some things are better than others. Daikon sucks in chili, if you were wondering.

    Probably roast chicken.

I had that almost every night growing up. It was always overcooked and the potatoes were rubbery because my mum just put them in the oven with barely any fat/oil and no parboiling.

I still cook roast chicken fairly often although I like to think that I do it better than my mum.
