Every damn thing I enjoy, I have discovered, is fucking full to the damn brim with sugar. And I'm having the tooth hurties because winter now, so I'm trying to avoid that shit.

I don't know what to tell you except drink water. Sparkling water adds a nice taste to it. There's also very lightly flavored lemon sparkling water which I get every so often.

I don't mind water that much I just like to have taste to drinks on occasion. Used to squeeze lemon and honey and such in my water but my teeth will make me pay if I do that now.

Literally is the cold weather, everyone around me is currently having dental flareups because of it. Also is definitely related to how much sugar I regularly consume, but it's only AFTER my toof hurties that I realized just how much fucking sugar was in basic things I take for granted.

Buy some of those meme air-up flavor packs for a water bottle. It gives the water a smell, for example blueberry, and then your brain thinks the water tastes like blueberry even though it's just plain water that smells like blueberry.

Homemade Ice Tea
Tisanes, infusions. You can make them with almost any fruit, herb or Hispanice. Also google Korean teas they make with buckwheat/barley/rice/corn.

Unless you live in Northern Europe you shouldn't be drinking (or cooking with) water without running it through reverse osmosis or a distiller, anyway.
If you insist on diet cola (Its got a shitton of salt in it, so that's another issue in and of itself) then I'd recommend diet cherry coke. The cherry flavor cuts the taste of the artificial sweetener pretty nicely in my opinion.
I know it's a bit of a meme at this point, but la croix genuinely helped me up my water intake and sorta satisfied the same 'craving' as soda for me without any of the extra sugar. If you don't mind the cost, that is. There are cheaper sparkling water alternatives that are also pretty good. I'd say experiment with which flavors you like and then just buy those.
I drink V8 straight from the can and I’m not afraid of salt.
Three big spoonfuls of tea leaves in a medium sized pitcher with a lid, think 40oz, fill with room temperature water and leave overnight in the fridge. You get caffeine and good taste for half a day, zero calories.

For the other half of the day you probably don't want caffeine, I like chlorophyll drops, ignore the supposed dose and health benefits, just add and taste, until tasty. Any water flavoring drops are fine, I find the mint/spearmint/peppermint flavors the best when I'm craving soda.
