Because it is brewed with premium ingredients and sold at a cheap price. Can't beat a 24 pack of bottles for $19.95.

Definitely the best cheap beer but it's gotta be in bottles or draft. If it's in the can, I'll pour it in a glass. Same thing with

Miller High Life is best enjoyed in a 40oz bottle with a brown paper bag for insulation. Best enjoyed in a public park or nature trail.

It's like 20% more expensive, yuengling does have corn in it btw, you can literally taste it. The only thing yuengling does that seperates it from other swill is they dont use rice. You can't get cheaper than Guinness without buying crap.

I hate coastgays and s**therners so fricking much. No your shitty overpriced hipster meme beer is not good. No Pubic's and Heebie Jeebies and Wigmans are not the best grocery stores. You live in hell, but you're too blind to see it. Get outside some time.

The best beer is Hamm's ($12 30-rack and tastes like Miller High Life, more or less)
The best grocery store is Woodman's (of neverending pizza aisle webm fame)

You should be ashamed of yourself. Get off my board.

Founders, try a 4 pack first, it's not gunna be the same as what you're used to. I like to buy different beer every week so I get 2 4 packs of 2 different beers and that works for me.

                Anonymous

Sierra Nevada is $18 near me and I don't think it's very good. They are also 12 Oz and 4 packs of craft are usually 16 or 19 oz, so yes it's more expensive, but not much more.

To be fair I'm going on the prices from the big box liquor store run by the Greeks not the corner Irish package stores.

                Anonymous

It's generally regional when it comes to craft pricing. The closer the brewery is the cheaper it is, so you want to find local brewers that are good. If it's a price war craft is always going to lose by nature of it being craft, but you don't have to drink nothing but craft either. It's just interesting to try different things. You can do a lot with beer. I mostly go to the big discount liquor store and just make sure the cans aren't over 2 years past the brewing date and go to a corner shop to get harder to find stuff like RaR if I have money to throw around and want a treat.

Yuengling Traditional Lager is a 3.5 out of 5 at least.

Yuengling Black & Tan is 5 out of 5. At least buy the version that's not baby's first beer.

Yuengling is all marketing, the green bottles, the added caramel color, the eagle on the label. Combine that with the East Coast gay gimmick and that's why it's "popular" amongst normies.

Asahi Super Dry is the best lager (Japanese rice lager to be exact).

They're both named after the same river/Indian tribe. Arkansas was mostly settled by the French whilst Kansas was mostly settled by Anglos, the difference in pronunciation comes from how French speakers would say the word and English speakers would, having nothing but a written map to go off of.

Sort of like how English speakers say Texas as 'Tecks-ass' whilst Spanish speakers say 'Tay-hass'.
