    Besan (chickpea flour) is cheap and very useful. You can use it to replace eggs in many recipes, ie. Omelets. Tastes good.

    make sure you know the amino acid profile of everything you eat. very few vegetables are complete proteins and youll fuck yourself up if you just eat 1 thing and don't complete the aminos. basically all beans have to be eaten with a whole grain like oats, quinoa, brown rice, etc. just eating beans does not provide complete proteins. this includes peanuts and peanut butter. if you eat it alone or without a complementary food you're just eating calories.

    Wake up. Oats and peanut butter. Peanuts are legumes, not nuts. Eat your beans.

    Bean, onions, bullion, Hispanice (mexican or indian, it's all beans in the end). Put on tortilla or rice. Add tomato and/or hotsauce if you're getting bored.

    Ramen, sesame seed oil, bullion, ketchup, tofu. Tofu is beans. Easy, you don't have to fry it or press it, just eat your beans.

    End of list. This is the rest of your life. Eat your beans.

    Legumes, nuts/seeds, and making your own seitan. The addition of cheese and eggs makes vegetarianism so much less of a hassle.
