Peanut butter and beans? That or just do beans and rice, you skeleton.
You don't "need" protein.
Yes you do
>Stay Vegan
>Cheap
>Relatively healthy
You can only choose two
beef
cum
get on grindr
Dried beans
obviously beans and rice. its literally a staple.
Why are you helping? Today was all shill posts then tonight it's good info, but at the same time, let the retard starve himself
Besan (chickpea flour) is cheap and very useful. You can use it to replace eggs in many recipes, ie. Omelets. Tastes good.
Just die.
Chicken and pork and you just lie about what you eat. The purpose of veganism is to tell others that you are vegan and to feel superior without having any real morals or live by virtuous principles.
make sure you know the amino acid profile of everything you eat. very few vegetables are complete proteins and youll fuck yourself up if you just eat 1 thing and don't complete the aminos. basically all beans have to be eaten with a whole grain like oats, quinoa, brown rice, etc. just eating beans does not provide complete proteins. this includes peanuts and peanut butter. if you eat it alone or without a complementary food you're just eating calories.
You're not a vegan, you're a beanatarian. Eat your beans.
Wake up. Oats and peanut butter. Peanuts are legumes, not nuts. Eat your beans.
Bean, onions, bullion, Hispanice (mexican or indian, it's all beans in the end). Put on tortilla or rice. Add tomato and/or hotsauce if you're getting bored.
Ramen, sesame seed oil, bullion, ketchup, tofu. Tofu is beans. Easy, you don't have to fry it or press it, just eat your beans.
End of list. This is the rest of your life. Eat your beans.
Soy. At Aldi, the milk or tofu is about the same per protein gram.
All nutritionists have one piece of advice: eat more beans.
>inevitable meat bitch check-in of know nothings
What you're doing is noble, but you're putting your own health at risk to save some fucking chicken you'll never meet?
Just eat whole foods, at least throw some sardines and chicken eggs down your throat once a week.
raise some chickens, eventually you'll have a surplus of eggs you gotta do something with before the rot.
meat you fucking child
Probably a legume of some sort.
>Chickpeas
>Lentils
>Beans
>Peas
Seeds aren’t that expensive
>Pumpkin
>Sunflower
>Hemp
And some grain has good protein content for money
>Brown rice
>Millet
>Oat
Legumes, nuts/seeds, and making your own seitan. The addition of cheese and eggs makes vegetarianism so much less of a hassle.
