    Traditional italian pizza was literally just old dough bakers threw into an oven to test if it was hot enough. Toppings were to just hold it down and keep it from turning into pita bread, while also making their snack more tasty. Acting like it's some sort sacred national dish is just italians being overly fricking dramatic again. Remember, they invented opera too.

    I get the idea of showing multiple variations of a recipe ranging from traditional to quick-and-dirty hacks to something that plays with the concept more. I just don't see what the point of a cooking video that you can't follow is. Jumping back and forth between four different recipes, how the hell am I supposed to figure out if any of them are worth cooking?     these are not contradictory categories, the venue in which you cook has no bearing over your ability
