It was a communication technique for autistic people. They are confirming their suspicions that this was the reason it was worded the way it was. They can't tell jokes from context alone.

Dietetics and Nutritional Scientist here, tallow is healthier than vegetable oil. Your goysloppa is killing you. Processed, ready made foods are killing everyone. Since the civil rights movement, and masses of women stopped cooking and tending house for their families, everyone has relied on processed shit FrankenFood. The average American woman weighs 170lbs, they're all fat as frick. Never take advice from them. Butter is good for you. Lard and tallow are good for you. Plant based oils and fats are making you fat, lazy, stupid, and causing the autism epidemic.

I've been using avocado oil and olive oil. The source on the latter could be better but I'm working on it. Any thoughts on coconut oil and the like?

Autism is bullshit. Just look how often it's mentioned. It's mentioned in EVERY thread irrespective of what the thread is about. morons are just using it as a fashion statement. Greta got famous using it a few years back.

It's not bullshit but people keep self diagnosing themselves. I went and got numerous tests done with multiple doctors including a neurologist.
Normies did the same thing with depression. Them being sad for a day became "depression" and people stopped taking it seriously. Now it's autism, and soon it will be dementia.

You forgot the "ADHD" fad. Everyone and their mother has ADHD just becuase they're slightly moronic. Or my favorite is the whiny b***h prostitute who claims her narcissism is "OCD". Mental illnesses in general are a fashion statement these days but that's the price you pay. It's either 1. nobody gives a frick about mental health at all and you got crazy fricks pushing people in front of trains and chopping up bodies or 2. we take it serious and everyone self-diganosis and cherry pick their favorite mental illness like a brand new designer bag...unfortunately there is no inbetween.

STEM is always in demand, Boomers are unrestrained hedonists. The next 20+ years of my career is a guaranteed cash-grab through consultancy and per diem work with local hospitals and clinics. Also nursing homes.

This person literally has a bachelors degree and is spitting pseudoscience. There is no strong evidence that seed oils are inherently bad, they just tend to be used in processed food that is bad for you. Study and think for yourself and do not believe everything that podcasters and college students on Culinaly say

I have and 10+ years studying the subject and I have come to the conclusion that animal fats are superior in taste and health. Olive oil is the only non animal fat I choose to use. I don't even have to buy other fats I get them all as secondary from cooking with meat. Just filter and store them in the fridge and you can have fresh oils all year round.

Butter is so fricking easy to make at home I'll never understand why anyone buys the stuff. Literally dump cream into a kitchenaid and walk away. 10 minutes later you have butter wala.

I understand melting some melty American cheese on top. Cause it’s mostly fat, making the burger juicier. Putting butter imaginably achieves the same aim, but it is still somehow revolting.

That is a hideous amount of butter for one burger. I doubt that you can even taste the meat.

It's Sollys, a local institution. The meat is actually really flavorful ground sirloin (so 95%+ lean) ground every day by a local butcher, and the butter is from an in-state dairy farm as well. The butter ends up being no more fatty than some rich cheese and sauce combo or whatever.
The real shame is that most of the pictures show the burger sitting there minutes old after the room-temp butter is a melted soggy mess. They bring you your burger fresh off the grill 10 feet away and the texture of the fresh butter before it separates is just the tops.

last summer. I baste the butter on about 2/3 through however. They taste great but even a little bit of burned butter can ruin the whole thing
