          Somehwere between 20 and 40% Usually around 30%. You also have to differentiate between the fine, scalded and coarse raw bratwurst.
          It's often 70% lean meat like shoulder and 30% fatback or 40% lean meat and 60% belly or 50/50.

          It's the catholics who hate Hispanices. Just compare Bavaria with Thuringia or Frankonia.

    and also presliced ones like local version of salami for very cheap while mogging american sausages
