Why do anti sugar people always go crazy for added sugars?

Why do anti sugar people always go crazy for added sugars?
This genuinely pisses me off, they talk and talk about hating sugar but every time they buy something with artificially added sugar they go nuts over it
Of course you like it, it has sugar
It's the same for naturally sweetened products, naturally sweetened means you reduced grape juice to a very thick syrup that's almost completely fructose and used that instead of sugar

People who don't like sugar typically just don't like overly sweet things. You're projecting. Lay off the soda and candy for a few months and let your tastebuds readjust. You'll realize most of the shit you consume is disgusting.

That's absolutely not what I said
I mean when they eat stuff without realizing that sugar has already been added to it, like you would assume that candy has sugar but some things like bread or coffee creamer go below peoples radar
So I'm at their place and they complain about sugar and I check the bread they eat which has a ton of sugar and the coffee creamer they add to their coffee also has a ton of sugar and they sweat by those things while also claiming they don't like or consume sugar

Nobody except tastelets and brioche freaks likes sweetened bread. Nobody is unaware that coffee creamer contains sweetening.

Yes, they don't like overly sweet things. That doesn't mean they don't like sweet as a basic flavor. You're treating sugar like it's the same thing as meat to a vegan, where if you added a little chicken stock to a dish and served it to a vegan without telling them you'd be laughing and calling them a hypocrite for liking the dish. It's really dumb. Seriously, lay off the soda.

    They add too much sugar.
But do you know what is worse? Sugar substitutes and people who think they are better than real sugar. Stop fricking putting aspartame or whatever xylitol garbage that either makes you have runny shits or metabolizes into methanol and gives you headaches. Just don't put sugar. You're putting too much sugar anyway. No human can taste this much sugar anyway, amount of sugar in soda could be reduced in half and people won't be able to tell shit.

This is your sugar addiction talking, relax. First you have tor ealize you have a sugar problem. Don't lay it off 100%, just slowly lower the intake, especially in drinks. I use sugar mainly in desserts (like twice a year) and in pickles/sauces, but not that often. Fruits are sweet enough for me so I eat them instead. I don't do pre-made sauces aside from mayo (which has no extra sugar in it)

We don't need suspects, anon. We have data, and know what the culprits are. "Grocery store premade food" is definitely not high on the list.

You don't understand anon. They're out to get me.
Just a few days ago I got pulled over by a cop. It was just a "routine" job and nothing happened.

But we both know that I know that he knows that I know. This wasn't a routine job. It's intimidation.
It's basically saying "hey, just so you know, we know that you know, so you better watch out."
And then they keep sending this agents to keep tabs on me. They're disguised as normal people and blend into the crowd, but I can tell.
They're everywhere. And once you know, it's impossible to unsee them.

And that there's my neighbor. That fricking wench. It's her goal to make drive me insane. They want me to attempt to kill her. That's how they want to get me. Get me attempted murder. But I won't let them. I'm smarted than them. Always a step ahead.
      The frickers.

    >Why do anti sugar people always go crazy for added sugars?
So you seem to have confused people who say sugar is bad, with people who claim they hate sugar (no such person exists).

Sugar specifically high fructose corn syrup is arguably one of the worst things you can ever eat. it has to be processed by your liver, and is turned directly in to fat, instead of burning it like glucose and sucrose.

too much HFCS can give you Cirrhosis of the liver just as easily as too much booze can.

Sugar is the one substance that you brain will NEVER tell you you've had enough of. You can eat or drink gallons of soda in a day and never get the signal to stop.

eat a small amount of fatty or oily food and you quickly feel full and lose interest.

I love sugar (all humans and primates do) because it's what powers our brains. but we never evolved to eat it as much as we can in the modern world.

sugar was a rare thing in pre agricultural times. you only got it if you found certain fruits and maybe a beehive. but there were no fruits in pre agricultural times that are anything like what we have today.

Why do you need 6g of added sugar in fricking bran flakes of all things? You addicted?
