ive had problems with the "top ramen" and "cup noodles" to use for long term, during the early covid bum rush on stores i bought 8 cases of ramens. thinking they would last the zombie apocalypse and I checked them out a year ago and they all have these little brown bugs in the packages. I took the spice packs to use but had to toss all the noodles.
Now I order the better quality japanese dried noodles in bulk (no bugs for over a year now) and I order the ramen spice packs online in bulk. it is so easy and you dont get bugs if you want to do long term storage prepping. or want to have a better tasting ramen experience..

start by just adding some extra ingredients to your ramen like some green onions, parsley and a little sesame oil maybe even a egg (you buy them pre cooked at 7-11)

Buying actual noodles and seasoning in bulk is cheaper. Individual packets is a massive rip off.

Ramen noodles aren't nutritional, it's simple carbohydrates and salt. Might as well eat candy.

I had this for breakfast today. My entire butthole felt like it was on fire when I pooped it out. I'm never eating instant ramen again. Cup noodle is still okay.

Do not. They are nutritionally deficient and have way too much salt.
I used to eat a lot of them when I was younger but I would limit them to one packet a day max and not every day.
