tom is a cat, the steaks in the cartoon aren't giant, he's just cat sized

shit was huge even if you envision him as big as an average cat (but Tom is clearly taller, I mean, he can play a grand piano reaching all the keys)

        It's a baby grand piano.

Yeah, they'd be tough as hell and fucking garbage too if you ever ate one.

Are really that tough? Looks like it has enough marbling to keep the meat from drying out.

It's a cross cut of the upper hind leg of the cow with a top, bottom and eye of round which are some of the hardest working muscles. It will be very tough.

I thought it was weird how sometimes the force-feeding scene was edited out and sometimes it wasn't.

That part was at the very end, right? It may have been a cut for longer commercial breaks. I remember getting so mad as a kid when a cartoon was on and suddenly without warning there'd be an ad for Spirograph or some shit. Always thought someone at the "tv station" fucked up and hit the commercial button early.

Is that an actual cut or several meat glued together?

      It's a shank slice.

I guess it's an "O-bone" cut, which I had never heard of before I bought a half cow. I made a pot roast with it, was good.

Arm roast. And yes middle to lower class families used to grill them. I can't tell you about anything prior the the 90's, but meh, shit is weird. Also, trash cuts of meat used to be better.

            Hey homosexual,
My name is John, and I hate every single one of you. All of you are fat, retarded, no-lifes who spend every second of their day looking at stupid ass pictures. You are everything bad in the world. Honestly, have any of you ever gotten any pussy? I mean, I guess it's fun making fun of people because of your own insecurities, but you all take to a whole new level. This is even worse than jerking off to pictures on facebook.
Don't be a stranger. Just hit me with your best shot. I'm pretty much perfect. I was captain of the football team, and starter on my basketball team. What sports do you play, other than "jack off to naked drawn Japanese people"? I also get straight A's, and have a banging hot girlfriend (She just blew me; Shit was SO cash). You are all homosexuals who should just have a nice day. Thanks for listening.

the only cut of beef I can imagine this being is literally a horizontal slice of a leg, which would be tough as fuck and not suited to steak. Most of that stuff gets turned into gravy beef or ground beef. it would be far too tough for steak

oxtail is still a cut that needs to be done low and slow, even when against the grain

It's either a cut from the shoulder or leg of a cow. Either would be tough and not really suitable for steak

Yeah it's probably a leg steak. Apparently leg of lamb is really tender. Beef shanks are kinda tough though and aren't usually eaten as steaks.

it's a full round steak or a chank steak, they are usually rather tough, we had them when I was a kid. I always went for the marrow, though I did not know what it was at the time. very tasty.
