        Reverse searing chicken breast leads to a tough outer "shell" of overcooked chicken by the time you're done searing it. Searing first, then putting it in the oven works better. I like reverse sear for steak though.

    Butterfly, season, sprinkle with flour, and fry on the stove. Fastest way to cook and tastes good because flour browned in oil tastes good. Boil noodles while its cooking, and when its done make a pan sauce with what youve got on hand. Garlic since it sautees really quick, stock, cream, wine, mustard if youve got good dijon, fresh squeezed lemon, capers, etc.

    I call them pork fried chickens. So much better than chicken fried "steak" that was deep fried in tallow.

    I grill one breast and have it on a sandwich with lettuce, tomato, and cheese.
    Three breasts get bagged and frozen.

    Par cook 8 pieces of asparagus
    Slice 4 pieces of a nice, mild cheese. Maybe smoked gouda.
    Butterfly chicken breasts and then stuff with parcooked asparagus and cheese.
    Brush chicken with olive oil, season with salt and pepper
    Bake until chicken is just cooked.

    Also roast some broccoli at the same time.

    Boil some pasta, timed to finish simultaneously with the chicken.

    Prepare a quick hollandaise for two in the blender.

    Toss pasta in melted butter and herbs, then make a heap in the center of the plate. Plate roasted broccoli to the side, then the chicken on top. Drizzle with hollandaise.

    Leftover pasta and chicken can easily be reheated later, with whatever sauce you want.
