Just talked with an owner of a Dominos yesterday at work. He said after all the costs of supplies, building costs, etc...they have a profit margin of 23%. He said he pulls in about 230,000 dollars a year from one location, but owns 5.
Oh, he also said they basically lose money on any chicken wing dishes.

it was actually only $22.97, but you upgraded to the premium luxury service for people that have expendable income to having some wagie deliver it to your house, and then you didn't even tip the driver.

there's literally no point to non-delivery pizza. if I'm eating pizza it's likely because I'm too tired/lazy to put pants on, which means it has to be frozen or delivery. if I was motivated enough to be wearing pants I would also be motivated enough to cook a normal meal or drive to basically anywhere but frickin dominos. if you are taking time out of your life to drive yourself out to pick up chain pizza for dinner you are the moronic one, not me.
