Hell yes! Not a huge fan of mammal liver or kidney. But beef tongue is godly. Chicken/duck liver is amazeballs. Brains are also pretty tasty.

Force feeding isnt required just give them overly ripe fruit and their liver will fill up with fat just like a human drinking fruit juice or cocoa cola

I'm a human so I am not only smarter than them, I can eat things they can't or won't because I can prepare them how I like. Any real meat eater should eat as much of the animal as possible to absorb it's power. Go back to eating fast food and dino nuggets.

Beef heart stew is my favorite. Such a great chewy texture with a mineral-y iron-y taste to it. Can't recommend it enough.

i eat raw beef liver, but im underweight so the vitamin A overload is easy to reach and gives me a headache if i eat like 5 ounces in a day
Man, this brings me back. My parents loved the stuff with tripe, they'd make a stew of it and throw it over rice. Comfy as frick. I think they used curry powder and Bisto or something, those were always in our spice drawer. Oh, and Aromat at the table.

balls are best grilled, kidneys are great either grilled or stir fried
tripe literally smells like shit when raw but god it's good after being cooked well.
