Best HSP sauce combo?
You may choose up to 3 of the following:
Garlic yoghurt
Hot chilli
BBQ
Tomato
Whole egg mayo
Aioli Garlic
Sweet chilli
Smokey Chipotle
Honey mustard
Hawaiian teriyaki
Balsamic dressing
Hommus
Sour cream
Jack cheese sauce
Chilli flakes
Sweet and sour sauce
sour cream and BBQ
Chilli & garlic yoghurt, it's not even a choice. Controversial opinion but I much prefer rice HSP to the soggy chip one
Bonus points if it's real Turkish rice with the little pasta through it
My HSP place does the chips just right
The chips are always crunchy even despite the being soaked in sauce and oil
Took a long time to find a place like this though
is this just Australian poutine?
Lebanese poutine
Lebs have already been making actual shawarma poutine (cheesecurds compulsory) in Canada for decades
Garlic, Hummus, Sour Cream & Hot Chilli
Putting anglo sauces on a kebab or meat box is for cowards
Garlic, chilli, red onions
With Lebanese being so ubiquitous in Aus where the frick is the toum? If I wanted yogurt on my shawarma I'd get a fricking gyro
You're getting towards the bottom of it so to say, the AB is a greek diaspora invention renamed by a bunch of western suburbs rough trade loving usyd catamites in the mid 2010s and shilled relentlessly by islamophiles ever since
Sounds kinda like donair in Canada then, namesake is Turkish but invented by a Greek in Nova Scotia. Surely with all the Lebs in Aus you have reliable access to good shawarma?
Had one on the weekend and they put cheese in it. It was fricked.
Garlic yogurt, spicy tomato
hommus, hot chili. maybe some sour cream/garlic.
whatever else goes on it changes from time to time, but always double garlic
BBQ, Mayo, Balsamic
it's an ab
Chilli garlic bbq, which we call the holy trinity in sydney
Garlic mayo and chilli flakes
There's options outside garlic, BBQ and chili?
>hey yeah, can I get a minimum chips, but can you cover it with the gristliest overcooked lamb you've got? aw yeah, and can you cover it with enough vinegary sauce so I can't taste anything else? And can you put it in a styrofoam box so the whole thing sweats on itself and becomes a solid, soggy log?
>sure thing boss!
>less potato products
>higher ratio of meat products
>drenched in sauce
damn straight, you're gonna feel like shit after eating it anyway so might as well be worth it
