Give me some good vegan recipes.

I AM NOT VEGAN. YOU MEATgay CAN START DELETING YOUR STOOPID POST. I just want to eat healthier, and vegetables will help it.

I CAN'T EAT CARBS for health reasons. That means that flours, bread, dough, rice, potatoes and pastas are forbidden. I can eat meat cheese and eggs but I want to avoid it for my daily basis, that's why I ask some vegan recipes.

What's a tasty, not too expansive, and healthy vegan recipe? I want to try new savors.

Offtopic kind of related : I recently tried some orange, carott, ginger and lemon juice, and it was actually tasty. Not the craziest thing I've drunk but it was good and the carbs were low, so this felt great too. I want to try something similar, a juice with tomatoes and fruits in it.

      Vegetables are almost entirely carbs

      This.
      [...]
Ok, so how many carbs do you get per day?

      >a zucchini is 1.8g of carbs, 0.69%
      >vegetables are mostly carbs
      The absolute state of Culinaly
This is straight ignorance right here. I won't even answer all the moronic vegan-seething.

Ok, when we say that they're mostly carbs, we mean that they contain very little of other macros. Most vegetables do not have very high protein or fat content.
It's not seething, it's you being a belligerent homosexual that doesn't understand ratios.

          Anon, anon said literally
          >vegetables are mostly carbs
You CAN'T say something is MOSTLY something when it contains 2% of it, just because it contains 3 others things in smaller quantities. That's not how it works. A vegetable is mostly : water (80-90%), fibers, minerals, vitamins etc.
And even if yes a zucchini contains 2% of carbs and only 32mg or calcium vitamin etc, will it be bad for my diet? Of course not. 2%. 2% carbs. Wheat flour contains like 69% carbs. All the starchy foods do. Bananas contain 20% carbs, plantain even 30%. Pineapple 11%. If I eat some zucchinis and pineapple it's fine. If I eat some plantains and wheat flour it's not.

Also it's crazy how the topic is "give me some vegan recipes" and 90% of the answers were "you're moronic because [bullshit]" and "vegans REEEEEEEEEEEEEEE" (I'm not even vegan…)
Give the frickin' recipes and if you don't know any then shut up.
Thank to the haters for the bumps although.

You’re a pussy and a moron. If eating meat/dairy is causing your health problems then you should actually go vegan.

If your dumbass healthcare practitioner told you not to eat carbs, what they really meant is don’t eat carbs with fat so that you insulin doesnt stay high for long. Here I am giving Americans health advice on ck wtf

What is even the contradiction here lmao
Carbs are the first thing a nutritionist will cut in your diet if you're obese. And I didn't chose to have triglycerids you moron.
Literally explain how avoiding carbs, which are the base of junk food, isn't healthy?

      >If eating meat/dairy is causing your health problems
Never said meat caused me problems. I just want to limit it since Studies© show that it (especially read meat) is fat and makes heart diseases easier. Mediterranean diet, supposed to be the healthiest limits it too. Japanese diet which is very healthy too, does it, too.
      >You’re a pussy and a moron.
      no u
      >If your dumbass healthcare practitioner told you not to eat carbs
Why are you inventing a story ffs? I even explained I have triglycerids, just read goddam.

      I'm not diabetic! That's different!

I don't have one! I just did blood test like everybody does with his doc. I'm not obese!

is your plan to only eat oil and protein isolate?

Your energy source is either fat or carbs. Vegetables and fruits are mostly carbs, not fat. This diet isn't going to work for you.

      >This diet isn't going to work for you.
As I demonstrated, if anons actually gave me vegan recipes with food like zucchinis, cabbage, salad, etc, in brief all the low carb vegetables, it would 100% work.
But for this you must not believe that every vegetable is 70% carb in the first place, which seems to be hard /here/ it seems.

you could just search for vegan keto recipes and spare us the sperging OP
or just water-sautee some non starchy veggies in a oil free curry paired with some cauliflower rice, also add chickpeas for protein

      >you could just search for vegan keto recipes and spare us the sperging OP
Yeah and fall on tons of stupid tasteless woman shit and hundred possibilities. I trust more someone telling me on internet "Hey anon, I'm vegan for 12 years, I know it's hard to find some tasty vegan recipes. I feel you! But with experience I found 2 or 3 and will gladly share them with you! They're super tasty, I love it! Also I'm a white tradwife and want to marry you and have tons of children with you to repopulate the white race and put down the israelite."
I digressed a little in the end but you got it.
      Thanks for the recipes, although.

chana masala. this recipe is the easy inauthentic version. i serve it over rice but i think you could use cauliflower rice for lower carb

      >dice one onion, 2 cloves garlic, some ginger, and sautee in olive oil
      >add curry powder
      >add water and lots of fresh spinach
      >drain 2 cans of chickpeas, add to pan with one 15 oz can tomato sauce
      >continue cooking for 5 minutes

      wa la

Not vegan, but Yesterday I made
      >beetroot salad with honey-balsamic vinaigrette, mint and feta cheese
      >Marinated Grilled eggplant with grilled zucchini and roasted garlic
      >Pasta salad with cherry tomatoes, olives and dices fresh mozzarella
I’ve also bought the ingredients for broiled tomatoes with blue cheese (tomatoes, blue cheese, olive oil and roasted garlic. And I am salt-curing half a salmon to eat through the week.
I also like making ratatouille, chickpea curry and such.

Eating healthy is more about the amount you eat than what you eat. I would follow a Mediterranean diet and learn about portion sizes, vegans still get fat from pasta, bread, seed oils and fake meat

Try eating more low-carb fruits like avocados and olives

      Thanks, anons.
