A kid needs to play, it's extremely important, they need a playground where it is safe for them to mess around, to trip and fall, to break things, even to lie, cheat, steal so they can learn the limits of society and develop morality. A workplace doesn't offer that to a kid.

I'm a new construction plumber, I don't have the stomach for sewage, but have done many side jobs where I had to use a snake and muriatic acid to clear grease blockages and they always claim they run hot water down with the grease, or deny doing it at all. Have had to dig out pipes that were 90% clogged from grease. Dishwashers are the worst. Rinse your dishes off before washing them in one, or you're basically just dumping fat down the drain every time you wash. Also your drainage system might be tied in with your dishwasher and cause a really gross backfill issue.
Get your own. Just don't tell anybody. Drive out to Nebraska, pull up to a rural community gym, watch kids gymnastics classes for two weeks, find one you want, lead into car back home to the ranch, make sure she is secure, perfect! Do a little more planning though.
The easiest work for girls where they can contribute to the family unit is literally disrobing and opening their legs. Takes literally no effort. Boys have to do chores and actually work.
