If you don't get any other fast food, don't get fries, and at worst get diet soda or tea, then you're fine.

You're not getting any actual nutrition. They strip that out to pack in more artificial flavor. So your body gets nothing but calories from it. As long as you have actual food the rest of the week you should have no worries.

But I know none of that is the case so don't even bother with fast food because you can't trust yourself to eat healthy when it's an option.

It's not about the calories it's about the nutrition. There's nothing in a big mac or most fast food. Assume it's like a treat meal not a real one. It's something you have because it's tasty not to sustain you. This burger will just give you calories, carbs, fat, electrolytes and protein. But an excess of most most of those.

what is protein, fat, carbs? do you unironically think they somehow purposefully extract those and all the micronutrients to make it more flavorful (?????)
i swear it's always brainlets and pansies who are absolutely terrified of burgers

generally if a food hits all three of these markers even a little bit
          >affordability(not as recent but still not bad and generally yes)
          >convenient
          >not bad for you-healthy
it will be attacked by nanny staters for something. biggest two examples? eggs cuz muh cholesterol and tuna cuz muh mercury. statists want you prepping rocks and lawn clippings for 2 hours so you're unnecessarily lethargic to do anything than be a drone

Nice reading comprehension moron, not at all what I would expect from someone who thinks food can contain calories without nutrients. I never said a big mac is good for you, I didn't even imply that.

I would definitely make the case without the barrel drum of pop the average fast food meal is healthier than what the average person that eats there would normally eat simply because it forces portion control. normal fast food meals are pretty fricking small unless you actually eat 3 meals a day which hardly anyone does

It really depends how much you eat in general. If you eat like nikocado and go pig mode every time you're going to get fricking fat and kys.

Haven't had Mc in forever....but if you like big macs, wouldn't it be more sensible to get a double pounder and ask for mac sauce on it?

Dunno, maybe someone can enlighten me.

In danger of paying way too much. Like frick even with the app coupons McD's has gotten to moronic level of prices for shit. Like at least BK knows it's shit so gave pretty generous offers in their app to try and get people to buy something. But even with an entirely free Quarter Pounder, a drink, med fry and 6 piece chicken nugg costs like 10 fricking dollars. What in the living frick?

Haven't been to burger king since this happened.

This guy has eaten more Big Macs then days I've been alive. He eats multiple Big Macs a day and has for over 50 years and now just shy of 70 he's still in good shape. He doesn't eat the fries or drink the soda and that's what's unhealthy about eating McDonald's.
