I have a very healthy diet, and I work out. Basically, I just bulk on lean meat, eggs, rice and spaghetti. How often can I eat instant noodles like buldak without it causing health problems or affecting gains an without making me fat? Is once every two weeks alright? What about once a week? Shit's really good. The carbonara one? Goddamn, it's so fricking tasty. Fuuuuck, it tastes great. I just ate some, holy shit.
It's just that I heard about this guy that only ate instant ramen and he fricked up his everything.

Couldn't you just switch out the spaghetti for the buldak? Seems like plenty of carbs already. There's nothing inherently unhealthy with the noodles, maybe some of the starch and other ingredients aren't optimal. But if you eat it with some fried or scrambled eggs it can be just fine. Make sure you're supplementing.

What do you mean, anon? Like creatine, vitamins and shit? I don't really do that, I'm thinking I get more than enough vitamins and whatnot from chicken and carbs.

I heard some shit about MSG and my mom and aunts swear up and down instant noodles are bad for you

The noodles themselves aren't unhealthy, they're just empty carbs with no nutritional value.

The flavoring packets are what you gotta watch out for, especially if you have other sodium-rich food that same day. And if it's the kind of ramen that has oil packets, those are something to take into account too.

That said, once a week should be totally fine, imo. You're not gonna get fat or develop heart problems if that's your only unhealthy meal each week.

That's a very unhealthy diet. It will be a decade before the symptoms of your deficiencies become apparent, but you'll regret it when they do.

How is it unhealthy? No sugar, no alcohol. Also, I didn't list everything. I get plenty of fiber. Sometimes red meat and fish, mostly poultry. Milk, sour cream. Veggies, usually tomatoes and potatoes, carrots. Plenty of exercise. What symptoms?

I don't even know what your diet is because you're completely full of shit. But obviously I was talking to your original post, not to your belated modifications.

This isn't necessarily true, there have been studies that show instant noodles can increase the incidence of metabolic syndrome in women if they're eaten more than twice a week. There was nothing to suggest that there was any difference between eating the noodles plain or with the flavor packets so it honestly seems like the noodles themselves are just as bad, at least in respect to the fact that it's super-dense in terms of calories and super-processed to the point that human bodies just aren't meant to digest it.
That said, it does seem like what you said about eating them once a week probably is good advice, especially if it's combined with decent exercise like walking or whatever.

I eat instant ramen literally every day for the last 20 years and I'm fine. Just don't eat ONLY instant ramen. It's basically like eating a bowl of chips. It's fine if you aren't exclusively eating chips all day every day.

Every day, assuming you sort out your rice or pasta for it and keep your macros on track. Is this some kind of brain rotten mindset where certain things are automatically "unhealthy" even though its just noodles salt and pepper oil

You're fine, you can eat those noodles every day if you want, just mix in real ingredients and don't use that flavor packet. Fresh chopped vegetables, meat, cheese or eggs etc. Very versatile noodle, just add ingredients that work with whatever stock you're using.
