You could drink a smaller amount of coffee, or make it weaker.
I can only have caffeine infrequently. If I have it regularly then it's like I'm never truly asleep or awake, kind of just always in between. And that makes things feel weird. I'm aware when I'm dreaming but drowsy when awake.
It's bizarre how people hyper fixate over caffeine in cofeve. It's just an added benefit to an already tasty drink.
I like coffee so much I've been dabbling with decaf.
