These are pretty okay.
I just braise them in a big pan with the lid on. Put whatever spices you want, as long as there is fresh garlic. After an hour it just falls apart with a fork and develops the most lovely gravy broth. Not bad for the price really.

Not of a fan of porn overall but that does look like a good cut
been eating them my whole life and let me tell you they are ok on occasion but the bit in the center get tough and dry quickly. to me they are best as leftovers, cut into 1/4 slices and sauteed in a little oil/butter with sliced onions and used on either tacos or nachos. they will regularly give your jaw a workout regardless. never had a marinade that has made them any less chewy.

I don't get the thin cuts of pork, pork is ass if its overcooked. But a good sear on pork is delicious. So you have to get a thick cut so you can sear the frick out of it but not overcook it. Or sous vide it, cool it, then quickly sear the frick out of it before it overcooks.
