Ouch, I hope you make a full recovery. Breakfast looks decent all things considered, be sure to take it easy food wise for a while and try to keep to foods that help with liver function (only one I can recall atm is coffee).

I only took a little bit of it, like 4 grams in tea 5 times over the course of a week.
My genetics must be shit because the liver doctor says I lack the liver enzyme to break it down and just that little bit completely fricked my liver.
