    Okay so I'm no pasta expert, but personally I'd add more meat, cook the pasta for a bit longer, like 2-3 more minutes, decorate with more parsley, add more grated cheese and... That's it. I thought it would look worse based on the photo's illumination, but it doesn't look bad. Just maybe a bit bland, perhaps.

      I thought it was just me, but yeah, the pasta looks a bit undercooked. I know some people like it al dente but that's almost undercooked for me.

        Yeah, I'll say again that it's tough to tell from a picture, but the noodles look kinda translucent which makes me think they need a few more minutes in boiling water. I could be wrong though.

    I know this carbonara is just so wrong, but I've had ones that look like it and I've even made one that lookd like it and they were delicious. I've had proper carbonara with non scrambled eggs and no cream and it was very mediocre. It's easy to say it's terrible as a carbonara, but hard to know if it's a decent meal or not
