Tonight it was a santa yenez rose. Cheap, but very decent.

Better picture of the meat. It was just velvety soft and melt in your mouth good. I ate it with my fingers.

It was $18 for the steak, but tasted better than a $100+ steak I've had at fancy steakhouse before using 30+ day aged steak.

The color or contrast or some cranked up setting with your photos really hurts my eyes. I think the problem might be the extreme focus difference between foreground and background.

My eyes are perfect, child. The contrast between the background and foreground is unnaturally intense. Enjoy prison.

It's called depth of field and it's a normal photography thing that just happens.

It’s a really nice camera. Photos are not edited except downgraded in quality to jpg.

Maybe try out places in times square, that's the place where tourists tend to gravitate toward.

For me, the fattier the steak, the more I like it cooked. Lean cuts like tenderloin are great rare-ish, strips and such are best medium rare and fattier cuts like ribeye I like cooked all the way up to medium-ish to render the internal fat and give me a juicy, delicious steak.

One funny thing to me at least is that I grew up in NYC and live in NY yet still don't know what New York strip is. It seems to be whatever some writer is making up at the time and that's useless to me.

as-salaam wa-alaykum my dearest brother or sister in Islam. Your steak looks delicious. I hope it was begotten from a halal cow, and Allah is good.

What if it wasn't from a halal cow would that make you less closer to god? Fricking hypocrite scum.
