    I like to roast a bulb of garlic with the top cut off, and then simmer it all day in a pot with a sweet potato and whatever leftover veggies I have
    Makes a wonderful vegetable broth

    Based. I grew 300 bulbs of garlic this year and I've been regularly using 5x+ the reccomended amount and it always comes out better because my garlic is so good.

    Might just go make an aioli for shits.
