A cooked piece of meat has this flavor, a cooked flavor. Meanwhile a medium rare is like a soury mess. If i wanted the same thing I would squeeze a lemon onto my well done steak to have the same flavor... baka. Anything less than well done is a waste of time and food.

Because I don't eat shoe leather and I'm not going pay for it.
well done for me. After bout of prolonged parasite infection I wouldn't eat anything that isn't thoroughly cooked
>After bout of prolonged parasite infection
so you made a claim. now defend it. how did you get an infection? what was it? how did you get rid of it? where do you live?
if you don't respond with all the information you are lying.
meds
>if you don't respond with all the information you are lying.
you've made this claim. now defend it.
what is your social security number? what is your full legal name? what is your birth gender? what is your primary credit card number, expiry, and CVV?
if you don't respond with all the information you are a hypocrite and a liar and an idiot.
He got a parasite from poopy gay buttsecks with dirty Black person strangers and now is projecting his blazing homosexualry onto rare beef
I will eat and enjoy well done steak, like if I frick up and overcook it I can enjoy the other flavors that produces although I do not consider it ideal. I will also eat raw steak. Steak is one of my favorite foods, along with beef in general, and always has been
There's a place for well done beef, like sloppy Joe's, burritos, brisket, tri tip sand with or something. But a stand alone steak, nope. I can't think of any cut of beef that would be used for a steak be good well done. At that point its just an obscure preference.
I can't stand the steak debate. Eat it however you want. I eat mine blue rare but even a well done is still good. People act like if you go .01 degrees over your desired temperature it's completely ruined. Even if you overdone it just eat it with ketchup for that childhood nostalgia vibe. Cow died for your food it's actually kind of immoral to me how people obsess over minor degrees in cooking temperature/doneness.
>i have little to no standards so everyone else should too!
nah man
I always eat well done because I’m not going to risk food poisoning
Maybe it's because I'm too broke to eat steak often but does all the different levels of done even matter? Obviously there's a difference between blue and well done but what about medium and medium well?
Medium is fully pink in the inside, Medium well is a bit of brown on the edges and pink in the middle
Well done with ketchup is the correct way to eat it.
I grew up eating well done steak because that's what my parents ate. I liked it. When I got old enough I learned that there are other ways to cook steak too, and I tried some of those, and they're also good. Now I'm ecumenical about it. There is no one correct way to eat steak. If you're enjoying it, you're doing it right.
>medium rare is like a soury mess
you should see a doctor or get a genetic test. you sound defective.
Undercooked steak is what caused the corona

I shoot for medium really don’t give a frick though sometimes it’ll come out a little closer to rare sometimes a little closer to well and always good. the snob shit is dumb posturing it all tastes great assuming you paid for a good cut and didnt completely burn it to the point of ruin
thats fricking raw
dont wanna wait that long bro
I just don't think steak tastes that good. Much prefer a nice roast if Im having beef. I buy Outside Flats off my boss when they come in small. Great economy cut. Tapers on one end enough that if I cook for mid rare I get a half mid rare, a quarter medium, and a quarter mid well. Perfect for when I'm feeding an older relative along with my family. I like mid-rare, my wife likes medium, and the kids opinions don't matter, they eat what I give them.
This is the most blatant bait I’ve ever seen on Culinaly before.
I like to cook my steaks in the microwave.
Just put it on a plate, cover with a paper towel, cook for 5 minutes, then add salt and msg, and you're good to go. For added convenience, use disposable paper plates.
