    I throw some in spaghetti if i'm going spicy. Cook it in with garlic, oil, toss to coat, throw some herbs on and it's good to go. Works for a side dish with a piece of chicken.

          Doubanjiang is not a condiment though, and if you're using it as one you are doing it wrong.
