lol a small bowl of miso soup has more than that. unless you have blood pressure issues, you shouldn't give a shit about recommended sodium intake

        Anonymous

Miso seems to affect people differently than pure salt. Not sure why, but in studies I've seen people that eat a lot of miso don't have the same issues as people that eat a lot of salt from other sources.

It's because fat fricks with blood pressure issues aren't the type of people to eat a lot of miso soup. And vice versa.

only reason to go there was that the food is the cheapest. mcdonalds hasn't had the cheapest food in a couple of years now so I haven't been since probably 2019. why would I buy a mcdouble for $2.50 when bk has the big king and quarter pound king at 2 for $5? I could get food almost anywhere at the same price as I could get mcdonalds so mcdonalds has no reason for existing anymore. their food is bottom of the barrel as far as fast food is concerned

The only way I'm buying from fast food is if they start selling their large burgers for $1 again and last time I checked the whopper coupons only reduced the price to $3.

This afternoon I had the McChicken. The best fast food sandwich. I even ask for extra McChicken sauce packets and the staff is so friendly and more than willing to oblige.

One time I asked for McChicken sauce packets and they gave me three. I said, "Wow, three for free!" and the nice friendly McDonald's worker laughed and said, "I'm going to call you 3-for-free!".

Now the staff greets me with "hey it's 3-for-free!" and ALWAYS give me three packets. It's such a fun and cool atmosphere at my local McDonald's restaurant, I go there at least 3 times a week for lunch and a large iced coffee with milk instead of cream, 1-2 times for breakfast on the weekend, and maybe once for dinner when I'm in a rush but want a great meal that is affordable, fast, and can match my daily nutritional needs.

I even dip my fries in McChicken sauce, it's delicious! What a great restaurant.

That's a fairly small amount of McDonalds for an average-sized person, I'd say? The main reason fast-food cooks so fast and "lasts" so short is that there isn't much density to it. I wouldn't WANT to eat a double helping of nuggets in that timeframe, but I could easily.
