“Non-cow milk consumed leads to proportionally reduced height when compared to real milk consumption”
      >Results: There was a dose-dependent association between higher noncow milk consumption and lower height (P < 0.0001). For each daily cup of noncow milk consumed, children were 0.4 cm (95% CI: 0.2, 0.8 cm) shorter. In the mediation analysis, lower cow milk consumption only partially mediated the association between noncow milk consumption and lower height. The height difference for a child aged 3 y consuming 3 cups noncow milk/d relative to 3 cups cow milk/d was 1.5 cm (95% CI: 0.8, 2.0 cm).
      >Conclusions: Noncow milk consumption was associated with lower childhood height. Future research is needed to understand the causal relations between noncow milk consumption and height.

“Higher consumption of animal protein, esp. Milk and Pork correlates with increased height in Europeans”
        >A new study reports on genetic and environmental influences on height from 42 European countries, the U.S., Australia, and New Zealand. The strongest predictor of adult male height was dietary protein consumption, specifically the “protein index.”
        >Taller populations had a higher proportion of dietary protein from animal sources, especially milk and pork, compared to vegetable sources. Increasing high quality animal protein intake during childhood may have positive impacts on growth and population health outcomes.

“Meat and Milk increase cognitive functions and physical build”
        > The Meat group showed near doubling of upper midarm muscle area, and the Milk group a smaller degree of increase.
        >The improved cognitive performance and increased PA and leadership and initiative behaviors in the Meat group may be linked to greater intake of Vitamin B-12 and more available iron and zinc as a result of the presence of meat, which increases iron and zinc absorption from fiber and phytate-rich plant staples (2,22). Meat, through its intrinsic micronutrient content and other constituents and high-quality protein, may facilitate specific mechanisms, such as speed of information processing, that are involved in learning tasks such as problem-solving capacity, that are reflected in the significant increase in RPM scores in the Meat group. The Milk group performed the poorest on the RPM testing. A possible explanation is that milk, with its high casein and calcium content, impedes iron absorption—iron is intimately involved with cognitive function (6).
That's why you don't consume dairy and meat together, to increase the max absorptions of both nutrients.

I just don't trust the milk that's gathered nowadays. Or the meat. It's tainted with all kinds of bad shit. Also anyone in this site is done growing so it's largely irrelevant. Lactose intolerance kicks in after your growing years are done

Sperm quality (if you eat soy products instead), your wife has to consume high bioavailable protein (meat, fish and dairy) for best growth and inteectuall benefits for your in -vivo child all without puking, dairy is the best choice for that and during their growth your kids also need to consume rich amounts of such foods. Its never about us, when we read such things but always how we can improve upon the condition of the next generation.

Milk and meat both make me sick. On top of me never having a meat dish growing up that even tasted good.

We already talked about it. Your gut biom is fricked and the bacteria to properly digest meat are starved out so if ou sperg out on a steak its like ating a bowl of fiberous food after a McDonalds diet. Your buttholes is going to blow out. Slowly introduce easily digestble meat like fish and steamed chicken, slowly increase. Same with fats, your bile cant just magically produc enought if you are used to a starvation diet.

I don't use soy and I don't have any chance of meeting a girl so it doesn't matter. Don't see how my gut biome is bad. Meat doesn't cause indigestion for me it just makes me sick.

The point is that meat doesnt make you sick but the lack of it, when you all of the sudden think eating a proper portion would be a good idea. Again, the sickness comes from a lack of gut biome diversity, which can ad should be reintroduced through a slow implementation.
Stuff like collagen is essential fo a healthy gut, which you only get from meat (bones). Its also essential for not aging like shit once you hit 25 and start to slowly lack endoproduction of collagen. But do as you like.

                Anonymous

I dont think aging like shit is a real thing. There's just no meat that's appealing to be honest.

Once your body is producing less collagen and stuff like hyaluronic acid after 25 you absolutely need to keep adding it to your diet as essential building blocks. Its also prevents your intestines from getting fricked up and reduces autoimmun problems with it. It has been shown that 30g of collagen daily not only improve your joints but also wrinkles. It also prevents sun damage to a certain degree.

But as I said, we talked already about it, and you clearly don't care, so why pester informative threads with or picky eating habbits? There no value to anyone telling people that your mother cant cook meat to safe her life.

telling me to eat meat doesn't help. I literally don't even know what to do with meat. I don't even know what meats you can buy or where. I don't know what the types are or anything.

                Yeah, meant 3.

Well, the studies with 30g collagen peptid were for wrinkle redution, which is a heavier problem than keeping your joints nice and smooth. But once youre used to it, it's simply 3 table spoos of granulated gelatine. You can simply put it in joghurt. Peptides dont even gel anymore, so can be chunked down easier.

telling me to eat meat doesn't help. I literally don't even know what to do with meat. I don't even know what meats you can buy or where. I don't know what the types are or anything.

                My condolences.

Because kefir is a way to preserve fresh milk, you can drink raw milk kefir for a couple days while raw milk itself might already have spoiled at that point. This is due to the good bacteria in kefi taking up the habitat of any pathogens which otherwise might have taken up that place.

As withwhite bread, the plebs unironically often ate a better diet. With the xception of too little animal protein.

      I do and I do.

Milk and meat both make me sick. On top of me never having a meat dish growing up that even tasted good.

I never liked beef growing up, especially not steak, and still don't care for it all that much but I'll frick up some pork, chicken, veal, lamb, goat etc
I really don't understand why beef, which is by far the least versatile and least flavoursome meat, is so prized by the rest of the west, especially the Anglosphere.
